CANCELLATION POLICY
LATE CANCELS: You can cancel/reschedule online up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment using your original booking email. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the appointment total. If a deposit was paid upon booking, the deposit is nonrefundable. NOT FILLING OUT REQUIRED ONLINE FORMS: All online forms must be completed and submitted before arrival to scheduled appointment. These can be find using our booking site menu, using the link in our IG bio, and a link also is included in each confirmation/reminder email. There is no built-in time during the appointment to fill these out, so failure to fill them out beforehand will result in a late cancellation, and incur the 50% late cancellation fee. NO-SHOW/NO CALL: If you don't show up to your scheduled appointment and have not communicated missing your appointment, 50% of the total appointment cost will be charged to the credit card on file. If the card on file does not work and we cannot charge the no-show fee, you will owe a balance of the owed fee if you’d like to rebook at any point in the future. Please remember that we respect your time and we ask that you do the same for us in return. If a deposit was paid upon booking, the deposit is nonrefundable. PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME: Clients arriving late will not receive time extensions and will be responsible for full service fees. Any clients arriving 15+ minutes after their scheduled appointment time will not be able to be seen, and will be required to reschedule for a different day. This will be considered a late cancellation and 50% of the total appointment cost will be charged to the card on file. If a deposit was paid upon booking, the deposit is nonrefundable. CONSTANT RESCHEDULING: When you book an appointment time, you are reserving that time slot for your treatment. By consistently rescheduling your scheduled appointments (3+ times in a row) you are denying that time slot to other clients who are needing to get in that month, and also showing you’re not ready to commit to professional treatments. If that’s the case, that’s ok! Instead of rescheduling each month, you will be asked to forgo rescheduling your appointment until you know for certain you can make a time work with your schedule. Booking an appointment at Selfish Skin & Wellness means that you have read and understood these policies, and that you consent to the fees that will be incurred for any cancellations.

Our lead in-house licensed esthetician. Fell in love with skincare in 2020 as a client of Crystal’s and became a licensed esthetician in 2022. I’m here to sprinkle you with a little skin fairy magic!
